Yana Gupta “The without Panty Girl” is gettin sued

Yana Gupta made headlines across the nation for her act of forgetting panties at home. At a children’s event in Mumbai, Yana Gupta wore an extremely small black dress which couldn’t hide her wardrobe malfunction.

What stunned the people most was, instead of immediately leaving after getting aware of her mistake she made it to the end of the event, and even talked to journalists about her panty act, following her mistake (or deliberate act) it doesn’t come as a surprise that Yana will now be doing rounds of Lucknow court.

 

A social activist from Lucknow, Riyaz Ahmed, has filled in a legal case against Yana Gupta, and the organizers of event. As per him, he was shocked after seeing without panty images of Yana Gupta in the newspapers, and what offended him the most was Yana laughing it off, as if it was a normal thing to be captured without panty in India.

Riyaz has filled in the case under IPC 292, 293, and 294 for obscenity at a public place. He also thinks that the whole event was deliberate and even the organizer was a part of it.
